The company fosters a modern, value-driven culture where every individual’s contribution matters.Your Role:In this role, you’ll help design and operate the backbone of the company’s IT systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability every day.Your Responsibilities:Cloud Operations: Develop and operate secure, high-availability cloud infrastructures (Azure & AWS)Network Administration: Manage and optimize LAN, WAN, and WLAN environmentsFirewall Management: Configure and maintain firewalls and switches with a focus on securityMonitoring: Maintain and enhance network monitoring systems to proactively identify issuesAutomation: Use Bash/Shell or Python to automate and streamline network operationsProject Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative network and cloud solutionsYour Profile:3 years of experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of network design, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, routing, and switchingFamiliar with TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS, and ISISExperience with DMZ, PKI, and remote accessBasic understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and willingness to develop furtherExperience with monitoring systems and SIEM tools is a plusConfident with client, server, and storage systems, and strong troubleshooting skillsFluent in German and EnglishCurious, hands-on, and a strong team playerWhat They Offer:Flexible remote work optionsUrban Sports Club membershipJobRad (bike leasing program)Company and team eventsSupportive team environment with a modern work cultureBy applying to this position, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
