Now, to strengthen our team to the earliest possible starting date, we are looking for anIT Specialist (f/m/d)Your responsibilities:You are the technical go-to person ensuring our colleagues have everything they need to work smoothly by providing group-wide first-level support and comprehensive technical support at the Hamburg headquartersTherefore, you are collaborating with external IT service providersYou take care of our Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and TeamsWhen new workstations are needed in our Hamburg office, you set them up and manage devices through Microsoft Intune (Windows 11, iOS, Android)You configure, maintain, and monitor our network infrastructure to keep everything running reliablyFurthermore, you contribute to our IT security management and support the implementation of ISO 27001 and NIS2 standardsFurther responsibilities are possible, e.g. participating in planning and executing IT projects, potentially with external partners (e.g. migrations, reorganizations, integrations)Your profile: You successfully completed your apprenticeship in IT (e.g., in system integration), an IT-focused degree or gained equivalent professional experienceThroughout your professional experiences in first- and second-level support, you gained solid hands-on knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and mobile device managementYour service-oriented mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and genuine interest in efficient workflows as well as quality assurance convince usHardware or software issues don’t faze you - whether it’s a frozen screen or a stubborn printer, you know how to get things running againYour work style is independent, structured, and shows a high level of initiative, flexibility, and team spiritYou communicate clearly and patiently in both German and English, whether in writing or speaking - even when things get hectic or someone forgets to restart their device before asking for your helpOur offer to you:If you're seeking a supportive and appreciative team that values individual differences and strengths, HSH Chemie may be the right place for you.
