Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.Job ResponsibilitiesSecond Level Support for various applications and systems including end-user support.Support of the existing office infrastructure (windows based) as well as the IT components within the production.Processing of customer requirements and incidents via ticketing system including documentation.Execution of order process for IT hard- and software.Failure analysis and forwarding of incidents to the 3rd level support colleagues.Configuration and installation of new systems (hard- and software).Creation of templates, documentations and training documents for users.Coordination of external IT service providers.Coordination of tasks resulting from ensuring information security in accordance with audit requirements (e.i..
