Red Bull are looking for an IT Professional to join our team and take responsibility for providing day-to-day IT support to end-users. The role is focused on improving end-user satisfaction by following Red Bull’s IT guidelines and service management processes. You will also manage IT equipment, maintain an up-to-date inventory, and contribute to local, regional, and global IT projects.Are you ready to take Red Bull's IT function to the next level and work with one of the world's strongest brands? Selection and interviews are ongoing - the last day for applications is the 21st of December.All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:IT SUPPORT & COLLABORATIONProvide IT onboarding for new end-users following global standards. Deliver daily IT support, resolve issues efficiently, and assist with meeting support if requested. Leverages Incident-, Request-, Problem-, Outage-, Change-, and Vulnerability Management processes for the stack of Red Bulls (global, regional and local) IT services. Communicate IT updates effectively and organize training sessions for IT tools and security. Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI) and explore compliant applications in IT services. Administer local user accounts, permissions, and management tools. Support local infrastructure in collaboration with second-level support teams.END-USER DEVICES & IT INFRASTRUCTUREMaintain accurate IT asset inventories in line with Red Bull standards. Coordinate device rollouts and replacements for hardware and peripherals. Manage local network infrastructure and office IT equipment, including meeting room technology, printers, phones, and access control systems. Oversee the purchasing and replacement process for IT equipment.LOCAL IT PROJECT COORDINATION & ADMINISTRATIONSupport local IT projects and ensure high end-user satisfaction. Align local business needs with regional/global IT strategies. Assist in IT budget planning and manage external vendors for hardware and infrastructure.Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:IT education or 3+ years of equivalent experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with end-users.Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office365, Mac, Active Directory, Exchange, networking, and security services.Analytical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.Experience with ITIL v4 and tools like ServiceNow is an advantage.Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.Proficient in spoken and written English & Swedish.Red Bull Sweden AB is an equal opportunities employer.
