IT Support Engineer – Athens, Greece (Contract)We’re looking for IT Support Engineers to join our team in Athens, Greece, on a contract basis.📍 Location: Athens, Greece 🕒 Start Date: ASAP📅 Duration: 1 Year💶 Rate: Up To 90 Euros/Day🗣️ Languages: Fluent Greek and English requiredAbout the RoleWe’re looking for an IT Site Support Coordinator to act as the on-site representative for global Tech Foundation services in Athens. You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth local IT operations, coordinating with third-party providers, and ensuring strong alignment with central IT teams.This role combines hands-on IT coordination, user guidance, and stakeholder communication, helping to deliver a seamless on-site experience for all employees.What You’ll DoProvide on-site support for printing, meeting rooms, and AV setups.Collaborate with global Tech Foundation teams to resolve issues.Support townhall streaming setups, hardware refreshes, and logistics.Offer basic end-user laptop support and ensure service SLAs are met.Guide users through global processes for mobile devices, laptops, and IT services.Escalate unresolved issues and monitor user satisfaction.Identify opportunities to streamline local processes and improve efficiency.What We’re Looking ForStrong understanding of IT infrastructure and Tech Foundation services.Previous experience supporting or coordinating global IT teams.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.Fluent in Greek and English (both written and spoken).If you’re an experienced IT Support Engineer looking for your next opportunity in Greece, we’d love to hear from you!👉 Apply now or send your CV directly to msaid@pg-rec.com.
