We ensure that our IT support service and infrastructure deliver resilience, efficiency, and security across the organisation.We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior IT Support Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is eager to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of technologies while delivering high-quality support to users across our international offices.You will provide day-to-day IT support; help maintain systems and assist with ongoing infrastructure and technology projects under the guidance of senior team members.Working as part of a small, collaborative team of four (Two based in London, one in Singapore, and this role based in Paris), you will take on a mix of technical support/helpdesk responsibilities and broader IT infrastructure and business technology project work. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to and grow with a fast-moving, dynamic and exiting business.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical/helpdesk support to individuals and teams across the business, taking ownership of troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently while delivering a friendly and professional service.Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure in collaboration with the wider team.Install, maintain, and troubleshoot H2O workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring compliance with security policies and maintaining robust data protection practices.Produce regular access reports and system logs for senior management.Carry out routine reporting, analysis, and system checks in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.Support the IT team with ad hoc projects and activities, including internal office and desk moves.LocationFrance - ParisAbout YouPrevious experience in a service desk or technical support role, ideally gained in a fast-paced and demanding environment (trading floor, critical infrastructure monitoring, healthcare systems…) demonstrating the ability to respond rapidly and effectively under pressure.Strong background in deploying, maintaining, and administering Microsoft environments, including Azure, Office 365, and Windows server/desktop operating systems.Experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Exchange.Good understanding of networking fundamentals including LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.Knowledge of VMware, SQL databases is highly desirable.Familiarity with anti-virus and anti-spam software.Good written and spoken English communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.Please send your CVs at careers@h2o-am.comDisclaimerThis document may not be used for any purpose other than that for which it was intended and may not be reproduced, distributed or communicated to third parties in whole or in part without the prior written consent of H2O AM Europe.
