IT Support Engineer

Noorka Logistics is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can maintain IT infrastructure, provide timely technical support, and ensure smooth system operations within a fast-moving logistics and supply chain environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line and second-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems.Manage user accounts, access permissions, and email configurations.Support ERP and logistics management systems used by operations teams.Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.Maintain IT inventory and documentation of systems and configurations.Coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support when required.Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.Experience with firewalls, antivirus software, and data backup systems.Familiarity with logistics or supply chain software is an advantage.Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Skills & CompetenciesProblem-solving mindsetAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requestsHigh attention to detail and system accuracyStrong sense of responsibility and confidentialityAbility to work independently and within a teamAt Noorka Logistics, technology plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and seamless supply chain management.
