Job Description

My client is currently looking of r a 1st Line Support engineer to join their team. You will have at least 2 years desktop support and experience with Windows 11, Server 2019 R2 Remote Desktop Environment (or experience with earlier version of RDS /Terminal Services Environment). Good experience with Laptop/Desktop Builds, Mobile Phone Support, Printer Support, Workstation setup, Windows Updates and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel Spreadsheets, Word, Outlook), Web Browsers.Any experience with some of the following:Advantageous experienceHardware Support: MFP Printing/Scanning, Zebra Label Printing, Wireless APs, IP CCTVSoftware Support: Server 2019 – Server 2022, Boxtop (CRM/ERP), TMFF, Microsoft Navision Dynamics, Altova Mapforce, SSRS, SQL Server 14 onwards, ASM Sequoia, Sharepoint, Additional Office Apps (Access, Visio etc)Reporting Advantageous / Training will be provided:Query / Report Writing (Using MS Access, SQL Reporting, SSRS Reporting, Spreadsheets)If this role looks of interest, then please send your CV now and call for more information.
