IT Support & ERP Systems Specialist

We are looking for a mid-level IT Support & ERP Systems Specialist to join our client's internal IT team. You will be responsible for supporting corporate infrastructure and ERP systems, delivering both technical troubleshooting and end-user training. The role is ideal for someone with strong system administration skills and hands-on experience in IT support and business application environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide setup, configuration, and support for IT equipment (VMs, NAS, laptops, etc.) for in-house and remote users. Troubleshoot issues related to the company's ERP system and assist internal users. Deliver end-user support and training in ERP modules across sales and operational teams. Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. Monitor system performance and ensure the stability of computer systems and networks. Resolve hardware, software, and networking issues across the organization. Support the configuration and administration of IT systems, including Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365. Design and enforce policies and procedures related to IT operations and infrastructureRequirementsDegree in Computer Information Systems, IT, or related discipline. Proven experience in corporate IT support or system administration roles. Deep knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken. Hands-on experience in Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 Administration. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Good communication and user support capabilitiesRequired Certificates:No mandatory certifications, but relevant Microsoft or system administration certifications will be considered a plus.You will be a great candidate for us if you:Have prior experience in retail IT environments.
