ABOUT THE JOB1. IT Infrastructure & ConnectivityEnsure stable Wi-Fi and network performance throughout the LAP factory.Monitor and maintain network uptime, proactively detecting and resolving connectivity issues.2. Physical Site & Systems MonitoringPerform regular on-site inspections to verify hardware conditions, cabling, and device functionality.Supervise the performance of key manufacturing systems such as CoLOS, Barcode Scanner, and Microsoft PowerApps.3. Systems Integration & Automation SupportDeliver first-level support for system integrations between manufacturing applications and platforms such as SAP, ASRS, and 3PLs WMS.Diagnose and resolve issues related to process flows, automation triggers, and data synchronization.Reprocess or resend EDI transactions when required to ensure uninterrupted business operations.4. Helpdesk & Incident ManagementLead the IT Service Operation team to provide efficient and timely user support.Manage the ticketing system, prioritize issues, and ensure incidents are resolved within defined SLAs.Escalate complex technical problems to second-level support teams or vendors when necessary.5. Team Leadership & Shift CoordinationPlan and manage 24/7 shift schedules to maintain continuous IT coverage.Mentor and train the team on troubleshooting methods, system management, and safety practices.6. Documentation & ReportingMaintain detailed documentation of system configurations, support workflows, and incident history.Prepare periodic reports on system performance, recurring issues, and potential improvement areas.
