Being part of the Speciality Drinks Group means you'll be working with some of the very best people in the drinks industry and be part of a fantastic team that is passionate about everything they do.We love what we do, and we would love you to come and join us.The opportunityWe're looking for a hands-on IT Support Manager (known internally as an IT Operations Manager) to lead our infrastructure and end-user support functions. Reporting to the Technical Director, you'll ensure our systems are reliable, efficient, and well-supported across all areas of the business. This role focuses on operational excellence and service delivery, rather than strategic cybersecurity or compliance. The role has one direct report.The role would be suited to someone who has experience managing day-to-day IT operations and managing complex systems, and has the ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the business. It could also be suited to someone who has significant IT support experience and is ready to step up into a manager role.Your unique contributionManage the IT support function, ensuring smooth delivery of IT services and support across the business. Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, endpoints, and storage systems. Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and other business applications. Oversee day-to-day IT support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests. Manage IT service providers and vendors to ensure delivery of agreed services. Support infrastructure upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of IT assets. Assist with business continuity and disaster recovery procedures from an infrastructure perspective (execution, not ownership of security/compliance). Produce regular IT operations reports on service performance and system availability. Contribute to IT policies and procedures relating to service delivery and infrastructure management. Ensure IT training and induction is up to date and relevant. Your blend of talentBachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline. Indepth experience in IT operations or infrastructure management. Hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, endpoints). Microsoft 365 and Azure administration experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good vendor management experience. Excellent communication skills and ability to support non-technical users. Familiarity with ITIL practices is desirable. Desirable:Experience with VOIP systems. Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g. CrowdStrike administration). Cisco/Juniper networking administration. Cloudflare or other web firewall admin. ERP system support. Industry certifications (Microsoft Certified Administrator, ITIL, etc.).
