Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Malta, OH, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. The IT Support Officer will respond to technical issues, provide support for network and system operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT functions. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, maintaining technical documentation, assisting in system updates, and providing user training and support. Effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential in this role. Qualifications Proficiency in IT Support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and basic networking skillsExperience with system updates, installations, and maintenanceStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detailAbility to communicate technical concepts effectively and provide user trainingFamiliarity with the I-gaming industry is an advantage but not mandatoryBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferredCapacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
