Bingo Australia is seeking a talented IT support professional to join our team.The ideal candidate will be able to: • Respond quickly and reliably to any technical issues that arise.• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking. • Communicate clearly and simply, without unnecessary technical jargon. • Be proactive in maintaining and monitoring systems to prevent issues before they occur. • Possess solid knowledge of security best practices to keep our systems safe. • Be approachable, patient, and supportive when assisting customers who may not be tech savvy. • Adapt to changing requirements and show initiative when improvements can be made. • Be honest and trustworthy in all dealings. • Have the ambition and capability to grow with the business and potentially move into a management role in the future. • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.Candidates would preferably have a car and a drivers license, as public transport to Dural is tricky.
