In this role, you will develop and deliver core people metrics, workforce data analysis and insights to inform strategic decision-making. You’ll streamline processes, collaborate across teams, and drive continuous improvement to enhance the employee experience at DSD. You’ll also play a key role in improving how we work—simplifying processes, enhancing data quality, and building tools that support a high-performing culture.Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise our Learning Management System (LMS) and HR Management System (HRMS), ensuring they support business outcomes and provide meaningful data. Deliver regular workforce reports, including analysis and insights to support decisions. Collaborate across People and Culture and the wider Department to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance reporting capability. Provide training and technical support to staff and empower managers with tools and resources. Design and develop engaging eLearning modules tailored to departmental needs. Key Competencies To Be Successful, You’ll Bring A knack for understanding problems and finding practical, data-driven solutions. A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to understand problems and find practical, data-driven solutions. Experience in workforce data analysis and systems management Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams. Proven ability to develop impactful dashboards and reports that support decision-making. Knowledge of contemporary HR and organisational development practices in the public sector. High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking. Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and deliver successful outcomes.
