The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, offer support and guidance to the team to achieve performance goals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring workflow and outcomes, coordinating with other health services, and maintaining compliance with health policies and standards. The role also includes actively fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
