Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop & optimize merchant QR product suites for merchants. Build technical, innovative value-added solutions & relevant loyalty programs . Identify untapped market opportunities thru regular research & survey. Lead commercial strategies to launch bundled banking account packages. Create fit customer journeys, analyze package profitability & promote package upgrade to business banking ecosystem. Monitor, evaluate and adjust offerings to merchants, driven by market insights. Maximize deposits, payment flows & transactions in business banking. Design customer-centric propositions, go-to-market strategies & customer journey to optimize acquisition, retentions & churn reductions. Evaluates new market opportunities thru research & partnership. Optimize lending program profitability for business banking, including unsecured, secured & supply chain lending. Refine market targeting & lead initiatives to boost pipelines & volumes. Monitor & evaluate lending performance to maintain customer quality & regulatory compliance. Identify market opportunities & initiate programs for untapped segments. Launch lending programs with proper servicing model, go-to-market strategies & established lending procedure as well as monitoring. Improve product competitiveness with up-to-date market review.Job requirementsMinimum 3-5 years in Business banking management or related fields, including payment, deposit & lending. Exposure to merchant ecosystems, supply chain finance, and cash management solutions. Hands-on experience in business lending proposal, monitoring & P&L management. Proven ability to analyze markets, identify opportunities & deliver tailored solutions. Experience in policy formulation, product governance, and risk assessment. Customer segmentation & Payment, Liabilities & Lending products. P&L management. Product go-to-market strategy, data analytics & Performance management. Strategic thinking & attention to detail. Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset. Decision making & accountability. Good health to handle workload, stress, and long hours if required.
