Our team provides Managed IT, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Professional Services, with a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and continuous learning.As a Tier II Helpdesk Support Engineer, you’ll serve as an escalation point for Level I technicians and a direct technical resource for clients — tackling server, network, and cloud issues across diverse environments. This is a role where no two days look the same, and your technical depth directly drives client satisfaction.What You’ll DoAct as a Tier II escalation point for complex desktop, server, and network issues in multi-client environmentsTroubleshoot and support Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy managementConfigure, manage, and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environmentsMaintain and monitor client systems using industry-leading RMM and PSA tools (ConnectWise preferred)Collaborate with senior engineers on projects and migrations to build hands-on experienceDeliver white-glove client support that balances speed, accuracy, and professionalismDocument client environments and contribute to process improvements across the service deskWhat You BringMUST HAVE: 1+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)3+ years of technical experience supporting Windows Server, O365, and AzureStrong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user administrationExcellent troubleshooting and communication skills — both with clients and internallyExperience using ConnectWise or similar PSA/RMM systems strongly preferredPassion for learning and growing into higher-tier engineering rolesWhy You’ll Love Working HereBe part of a tight-knit MSP team that values collaboration and career developmentGain hands-on exposure to diverse technologies and industriesWork alongside senior engineers who mentor and invest in your growthBenefits & Compensation: Salary: $65K–$75K Health Insurance 401(k) + Company Match Paid Time Off Defined Growth Path: Tier III / Project Engineering opportunities
