IT Support Specialist

Orbio World’s IT Team contributes a lot to the success of our brands while taking care of all complex functionalities in eCommerce websites, and other teams' inquiries. They work with trending technologies, hold high standards for code quality, and apply Agile development principles to our work. Currently, We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to take ownership of our workplace technology environment. In this role, you will manage all aspects of hardware, software, and system administration, ensuring smooth daily operations for all employees.

inventory, procurement, setup, distribution, and trackingTroubleshoot and repair hardware issues, or coordinate repairs/replacements with suppliersPerform preventive maintenance to minimize disruptionsSystems AdministrationManage and maintain internal tools and platforms (communication, productivity, project management, credential management)Create and manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissionsMaintain software applications and ensure installations are up to dateEmployee Onboarding/OffboardingPrepare computers and system access for new employeesConfigure email, software, and permissionsManage email groups and access rights for arrivals and departuresUser Support & TrainingProvide daily support to end users for hardware, software, and systemsResolve issues efficiently and document recurring problemsTrain employees on the proper use of tools, equipment, and IT proceduresVendor ManagementResearch and evaluate vendors for hardware/software procurementNegotiate pricing and coordinate orders and deliveriesMaintain supplier relationships for equipment support and warrantiesMeeting Room SupportMaintain meeting room systems and equipment to ensure reliable operationOur expectations for you:

Experience in technical support, preferably in a fast-paced environmentExperience with SaaS tools and system managementFamiliarity with MDM platformsStrong troubleshooting skills (hardware & software)Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple systems concurrentlyExcellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration, user support, and vendor negotiationFamiliarity with Apple products (MacBooks, iPhones, etc. )A bit about the perks:
