IT Support Technician

TaskFlow Solutions is partnering with a growing ICT client to expand their KZN support team. We’re looking for a motivated IT Support Technician to provide first- and second-line support to users and clients. You’ll be responsible for maintaining hardware, software, and network environments, ensuring smooth daily operations and top-tier customer service.What You’ll DoDeliver onsite and remote technical support for clients and users.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.Install, configure, and maintain systems, applications, and network equipment.Set up new workstations, printers, and peripherals.Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups.Implement IT security best practices and perform preventive maintenance.Maintain clear technical documentation and assist senior technicians.Provide exceptional customer service and communication.What You’ll NeedMatric / Grade 12.IT qualifications: A+, N+, or MCSE (or equivalent).At least 3 years’ experience in IT support or technician roles.Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).Valid Code 08 driver’s license and reliable transport.Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.Nice to HaveMicrosoft 365 administration experience.Familiarity with RMM tools and ITIL processes.Ability to handle multiple priorities independently.💰 Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 per month (based on experience)How to ApplyEmail your CV to freelance@taskflowsolutions.co.za with the subject line “IT Support Technician – KZN.”Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
