Job Description

What You Will Enjoy DoingRegisters and retires new/resigned employee.Configures and maintains account information in Active Directory.Gives permissions on file and web access.Purchases new IT equipment based on IT requirements, budget and Corporate IT standards.Develops and maintains IT vendor and partner relationships.Manages IT inventory and maintains list of inventory IT assets.Hands out IT assets and maintains a list of handed out IT assets.Handles spare parts.Provides PC hardware and software support with majority focus on the Microsoft Windows platform.Sets up, configures, and supports internal and/or external networks.Develops, maintains and supports all systems, applications, security, and network configurations.Troubleshoots network performance issuesRecommends and installs new software releases and system upgrades (approved by Corporate IT), evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software related problems.Implements, maintains and monitors system backups, data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity.Provides technical support via phone, emails, and remote tools and on-site visits to end-users with timely resolutionContinuous alignment and consultation with Corporate IT.What makes you greatBachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
