For our site in Barcelona, we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join us immediately or by agreement asInformation Technology System Engineer As an IT System Engineer at maxon, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and modernization of our global IT infrastructure.  Your area of responsibility-      Supporting and maintaining the Microsoft Configuration Manager environment.-      Managing and securing mobile devices through Microsoft Intune.-      Collaborating on the packaging and deployment of new software across the entire maxon group.-      Assisting in the provision and rollout of security patches for software and office clients.-      Supporting the integration of new hardware into the maxon IT landscape.-      Implementing and rolling out new client-side security solutions for the global organization.-      Participating in international IT projects, such as the rollout of Windows 11 and the implementation of modern workplace concepts using autopilot. This job is perfect for you if you...-      Have completed vocational training in IT or hold a comparable qualification.-      Bring at least 5 years of professional experience as a System Engineer.-      Have experience working on international IT projects, ideally with some project leadership.-      Possess solid knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune, and EntraID.-      Are proficient in PowerShell scripting.-      Understand the principles of IT service management.-      Are committed, enthusiastic, and eager to continuously learn in a rapidly evolving IT landscape.-      Work independently, precisely, and in a solution-oriented and fast-paced manner.-      Have a strong sense of service orientation, excellent communication and collaboration skills.-      Speak English fluently (B1/B2 level); German is a plus. What We Offer-      A dynamic and friendly working environment in an inspiring setting.-      Working in an office with a startup vibe, backed by the stability of a solid mid-sized company.-      An international environment with regular contact with employees in Switzerland and other locations.-      A permanent position with a competitive salary based on your experience.-      Flexible annual working hours and a hybrid model of work that allows you to balance your professional goals with your personal aspirations.Your ContactAre you interested in this varied role?
