Are you someone who loves turning complex IT processes into clear, structured, and easy-to-understand documentation? ✍️We’re looking for a detail-oriented, team-driven, and heart-centered IT Technical Writer who’s not just after a job — but wants to make an impact.Bachelor Degree in IT or equivalent.Minimum 2-3 years working experience as Technical Writer / IT Governance / IT Policy.Familiarity with procedures and governance controls, and ability to document them clearly.Detail-oriented; ability to design and document systems down to each specification.Ability to communicate in English is preferred.Organized and documentation-oriented (not anti-documentation).Basic common sense functioning normally.Not 100% introvert; able to connect with different people daily.Enjoy team bonding (coffee, meals, or snacks together).Team-player mindset (proud to work as part of a team rather than a lone superstar).Maintain a sense of humor and stay calm under pressure.Courage to speak up and share opinions.Strong testing mindset; test, retest, and repeat.
