You will provide consulting services to clients, analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.About the RoleRequirements Gathering & AnalysisEngage with stakeholders through various channels (including face-to-face) to elicit and validate functional requirements.Plan for, prepare and conduct discovery workshops, analyze and document business processes, functional specifications, and system requirements.Maintain a prioritized backlog of enhancements, bug fixes, and new feature requests.Solution Design & DeliveryLead design workshops to define functional solution architecture and business process flows.Design functional solution using scalable Salesforce solutions using configuration, Apex, Visualforce, and data migration strategies.Collaborate with testing and technical teams to test and validate custom solutions and integrations.Work in an agile sprint based manner on functional requirementsBuild and conduct training material for client on functionalities developedProject Management & CommunicationManage project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.Provide regular status updates to internal teams and clients, escalating risks or concerns as needed.Facilitate cadence meetings with stakeholders to review progress and prioritize tasks.Client Engagement & Change ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services.Partner with stakeholders to align business requirements with user experience improvements.Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.Documentation & ReportingPrepare and deliver comprehensive documentation including requirements, functional specs, process flows, and planning materials.Ensure all written communication is professional, clear, and grammatically accurate.Track and report project status to internal and external stakeholders.Manage delivery as per required risk management standardsContinuous ImprovementIdentify deficiencies and recommend enhancements at an immediate workstream and project level, and for the practice (both own market, and broader South East Asia where possible)Contribute to the improvement and maintenance of practice templates and processes, and team capability building, both for the direct market you are part of, and the broader South East Asia teamProvide strategic recommendations to maximize project impact and business value.Business Development supportSupport business development needs through conducting client discussions to understand business objective and needCreate compelling PowerPoint presentations and documents to deliver the PwC value proposition to the client needSupport with necessary work on pricing tools and estimations as well as PwC risk processesAbout YouYou are likely a good fit with the following key attributes:Degree holder (e.g. IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines)Required skills: salesforce functional, salesforce implementation, design salesforce solutions, system configuration, client facing, exposure to salesforce platforms (e.g. sales, service, experience)Minimum 5 or 6 years of relevant experience, ideally in Consulting related to salesforce.Must have at least 1- or 2-years lead experience.Ability to produce deliverables and multi-task within a diverse and fast paced environment.Excellent communication and listening skills in English, with bilingual capabilities in BahasaAbility to foster a positive working environment by building relationships with team members and clients.You like diving into a product to understand how it works and consistently share your knowledge with others.Skilled in interacting with different clients and development team and be able to work across Southeast Asian markets, including travel as necessary.Can work in a hybrid setup, office is based in Jakarta.What We Will OfferYou will have an opportunity to be a part of a journey with extensive growth plans in Indonesia as well as the SEAC region.You will be part of the most extensive global network of any professional service firm with more than 284,000 people in 155 countries around the world.You will work in a company that values development, wellbeing, reward, and growth.You will be exposed to diverse opportunities that will contribute to your professional and personal development.You will be able to apply your technical skills and develop additional valuable skills by joining our various learning and development programs.You will be working with people who like you, value excellence, leadership and teamwork.
