IT Trainer

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires to familiarize them with company systems, products, and internal processes.Conduct technical and product training sessions for technical and pre-sales teams.Develop engaging training materials, presentations, workshops, and assessment tools.Identify training needs and prepare annual training plans in collaboration with department heads.Monitor trainees’ progress and provide regular performance reports to management.Continuously update training materials to reflect new technologies and market trends.Support employee development initiatives to ensure skill growth and team efficiency.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in IT training or a similar technical role.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Fluency in EnglishPlease send your updated CV to mgerges@it-pillars.com with the subject line: IT Trainer
