IT Warehouse Systems Analyst

ResponsibilitiesAct as a functional expert for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related supply-chain applications.Support system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements within WMS, PowerApps, and in-house logistics systems.Handle end-to-end warehouse processes including Goods Receive Notes (GRN), inventory returns, and delivery orders.Work with users to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, warehouse, and retailers) to optimize system workflows.Assist in testing, documentation, and training for new features and solutions.Identify automation or process improvement opportunities using PowerApps or e-Forms (no coding required).Maintain strong system knowledge to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in warehouse applications.Requirements2–4 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain IT support.Hands-on experience with WMS (essential).Familiarity with PowerApps or other low-code tools preferred.Strong understanding of logistics operations and process flow.Technically strong with good problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage user expectations and resolve issues effectively.Fast learner, proactive, and eager to drive improvements in warehouse IT systems.Please send your detailed resume in MS Word format to resume@goldtecHRs.com withEducation LevelWorking experiencesEach employment backgroundReason for leaving each employmentLast drawn salaryExpected salaryDate of availability
