Your daily work will involve reviewing user-generated content and applying strict policies to maintain compliance and community standards.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and Assessment: Analyze and moderate a high volume of user-submitted content (including text, images, videos, and links) against specific client and community guidelines.Policy Enforcement: Accurately and consistently apply content policies, making time-sensitive decisions to approve, reject, or escalate content.Italian Market Expertise: Use your native-level Italian language skills to understand context, nuances, and cultural factors specific to content generated by Italian speakers.Quality & Integrity: Deliver high-quality work, meeting daily targets for volume and accuracy while focusing on identifying and preventing the spread of harmful or illegal material.Collaboration: Work closely with international team members, supervisors, and quality assurance specialists to contribute to a positive and productive team environment.Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with evolving policy changes, local regulations, and new content trends.Candidate Profile: What You'll BringEssential Language Skills:Italian: Fluency (native or near-native level, both written and spoken) is required.English: Business proficiency (B2 level minimum) is required for training, communication, and internal documentation.Work Style: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain focus while reviewing sensitive or disturbing content.Adaptability: A flexible and resilient mindset, comfortable with the demands of working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.Experience (Good to Have): Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related role is beneficial but not essential. Full, paid training will be provided.Working Hours & LocationLocation: On-site in our modern office in Lisbon, Portugal.Shifts: This is a 24/7 operation. Candidates must be willing to work rotative shifts (e.g., morning, afternoon, night), Monday to Sunday, typically working 8 hours per day.
