EnergyAustralia is currently building out multiple squads to ensure successful delivery of the Customer Department Transformation program. The backbone of this program is a new core billing system implementation which will usher in a modern way of working within the department, allowing for continued value for our customers.ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an Iteration Manager who will be responsible for managing a cross-functional delivery squad to ensure successful delivery for the Customer Transformation (CTX) Digital Roadmap. Responsibilities include:Lead the end-to-end delivery of squad initiatives to achieve agreed business outcomes, ensuring alignment with CTX program objectives and delivery standardsMaintain a prioritised and transparent squad backlog that balances business value, risk, and delivery capacityEnsure delivery governance and reporting requirements are met, including tracking of schedule, cost, quality, and benefits realisationBuild and maintain trusted relationships with key business stakeholders, vendors, and support teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and effective issue resolutionEnsure compliance with CTX PMO and Technology PMO frameworks, including documentation, approvals, and audit requirements across the project lifecycleWhat We Are Looking ForTo be successful in the Iteration Manager role you will need most of the following:Tertiary qualifications in in Business, Information Technology (or similar hands on experience) and relevant certifications; Certified Scrum Master, a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner or a Certified Disciplined Agilist or equivalentDemonstrated ability to lead Agile and hybrid delivery teams to achieve measurable business outcomes across complex, multi-stream programs7+ years’ experience delivering technology projects in a complex enterprise or transformation environmentExperience within Utilities/Energy (desirable)Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management disciplines (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk)Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills to manage relationships across business units, delivery partners, the PMO, and external vendorsHow To ApplyIf you’re ready to ‘light the way’ towards your next career move, click the 'Apply’ button to submit a confidential application.
