About The JobThe Driver will be responsible for safely transporting goods, and materials as required by the company, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to traffic rules, company policies, and safety regulations. ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Drive company vehicles safely to transport goods, and materials as instructed. Ensure punctuality and safe transportation at all times. Maintain the vehicle in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition. Conduct daily vehicle checks (oil, water, fuel, tires, brakes, lights, etc. ) and report any mechanical issues promptly. Ensure all vehicle documents (insurance, road license, inspection, logbook, etc. ) are valid and updated.
Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, service, and repairs. Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and regulations. Assist in loading and unloading goods/materials where necessary. Support other administrative/logistics duties when required. RequirementsQualifications & Experience Minimum of O’ Level education (Form Four Certificate or equivalent). Valid driver’s license At least 3–5 years of driving experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment. Good knowledge of local routes (familiar with Dar es salaam area) Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles will be an added advantage. Apply now
