About The JobTo generate sales and grow the customer base by promoting and selling cornice products in the construction and interior design sectors, while building strong client relationships and achieving set sales targets. ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction, interior design, and building materials sectors. Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, wholesalers, retailers, and interior designers. Actively promote and sell cornice products to both new and existing customers. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide product information, samples, and demonstrations to potential clients. Address customer inquiries, negotiate prices, and prepare quotations.
Ensure after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction. Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments. Provide regular feedback and market reports to management. Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases. Prepare and submit regular sales reports. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Requirements Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in construction materials, interior décor, or manufacturing Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Good knowledge of the construction industry and distribution networks (an added advantage) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently A valid driver’s license is an assetApply now
