ITSM ServiceNow Engineer

Our deep industry expertise and strategic partnerships with top-tier technology providers set us apart.We are now looking for an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to join our team and lead the way in optimizing and enhancing ServiceNow applications.Key Responsibilities:Administer and manage the ServiceNow platform, including user management and system configuration.Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).Design and implement automated workflows to enhance efficiency and service delivery.Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.Maintain up-to-date documentation for configurations, processes, and customizations.Conduct user training sessions and promote best practices across teams.Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, upgrades, and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development.Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules.Proficiency in JavaScript, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.Experience in ServiceNow integrations and API usage.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or equivalent certification is a plus.Preferred Skills:Experience with Service Portal and CMDB (Configuration Management Database).Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or HR Service Delivery modules.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
