Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 统筹产业化中心纯化工艺团队所有工作。 任职要求： 1、硕士学历，化学、制药、生物等相关类专业优先； 2、8年以上生物制造领域纯化经验，其中3年以上团队管理经验，主导过多个产品从实验室到吨级产业化的纯化落地； 3、熟悉有生物发酵制品纯化（各类功能性食品原料如辅酶Q10、维生素、脂肪酸等、功能性化妆品分子如发酵法四氢嘧啶、玻色因、神经酰胺等等）的纯化特性； 4、精通各类纯化设备（膜系统、离交系统、蒸馏系统、色谱系统等等），熟悉工厂生产级别的设备和相关检验设备，具备较好的科研素养； 5、具有责任心、保密意识强；工作细心、性格开朗；有较好的抗压、协调、沟通能力。
