Job Description
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.资源开拓：开拓、联系抖音平台美妆时尚达人，推进商务合作。 2.内容把控：深度理解产品，负责达人内容的审核及优化。 3.内容生产：根据宣传及业务需要，进行内容生产及输出。 4.投放把控：对图文/视频等类型种草效果/挂车效果负责，并进行投放数据汇总及分析。 任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，1-2年抖音内容运营或媒介投放工作经验。 2.熟悉美妆品牌与达人的合作模式，有抖音等平台美妆护肤行业媒介/推广/内容成功案例。 3.具备良好的文字创作能力，沟通能力佳，工作责任心强。 4.抖音等平台重度用户优先，热爱美妆，关注各平台美妆内容趋势，对美妆潮流热点具备敏感度。 5.有美妆护肤经验优先
