该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、根据项目需求从事内控建设与评价、流程优化、风险评估等方向的工作； 2、做好与客户的沟通工作，了解客户需求；协助项目经理参与并完成前后期谈判工作； 3、在项目经理带领下完成部分专项研究报告；以及参与部分商业计划书编制、方案设计， 独立撰写负责部分的项目方案报告； 4、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。 任职要求： 1、大学本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、愿意在事务所行业继续学习、发展； 3、热爱管理咨询工作，具备较好的沟通协调能力、快速学习能力、文字表达能力； 4、积极主动，具备较好人际交往能力，良好的团队协作精神； 5、自信乐观，适应出差，能胜任一定强度及压力的工作。
