Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1.负责优化量产产品挤出工艺及挤出设施，提升产品质量和生产产能，降低生产成本； 2.负责新产品或新工艺的生产验证，保证新产品按计划导入生产； 3.结合医疗器械对于管材的关键性能需求，优化挤出工艺，提升管材性能的市场竞争力； 4.负责规划及优化工艺验证流程，增加验证有效性，提升流程效率； 5.负责工艺工程师团队管理，提升整体工艺团队能力； 6.完成领导安排其他工作。 任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，材料、机械、模具等相关专业； 2.两年以上精密医疗管路挤出技术或生产背景，有挤出模流分析经验者优先； 3.善于思考，有较好的逻辑性、语言表达能力； 4.具有一定的抗压能力。
