PRIMARY PURPOSE:主要目标 按计划完成设备保养，确保设备运转满足生产和安全要求。Complete equipment maintenance according to plan to ensure that equipment operation meets production and safe requirements.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/工作职责: 验收新到设备Acceptance of new equipment. 制作设备操作规程，指导、培训使用设备Make equipment operating procedures, guide and train the use of equipment. 制作设备保养维护指导，指导或亲自执行设备保养维护Make equipment maintenance guidance, guide or personally perform equipment maintenance. 跟踪设备使用、试用Track equipment use and trial. 设备检查、维修Inspection and repair equipment. 其他事务Other transaction.SCOPE:范围： 管理，维护和维修所有设备Management, maintenance and repair all equipmentEDUCATION/教育程度:REQUIRED/必需资质: 专科5年Junior college5 yearsPREFERRED/优先考虑: 本科，3年；英语四级以上Undergraduate，3 years；CET-4 or above.WORK EXPERIENCE/工作经验:REQUIRED/必需资质: +熟悉光通讯行业通用设备，机械、电子、单片机等。了解光通讯器件。Familiar with the general equipment of the optical communication industry, mechanical, electronic, microcontroller etc. Understand the optical communication components.PREFERRED/优先考虑: 通讯、光电、测试相关专业Communication, optoelectronics, test related majors.SKILLS & ABILITIES/技能与能力:REQUIRED/必需资质: 有较强的动手能力，精通电子维修，对新的电路有独立的分析和解决办法。Strong hands-on ability, proficient in electronic maintenance, independent analysis, and solutions to new circuits.PREFERRED/优先考虑: 应急处理能力，沟通能力，敏感力，服务意识Emergency ability，Communication ability，Sensitivity，Service awareness.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
