该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 岗位职责： 1.电芯产品开发方案制定及评审； 2.负责电芯产品开发方案制定，能够把控设计周期，规避设计风险； 3.客户需求产品技术要求分解； 4.磷酸铁锂电芯相关的技术标准制定； 5.供应商交流、协助供应商评审等。 任职要求： 职位要求： 1.本科及以上学历； 2.材料、化学、机械相关专业； 3.熟知锂电产品开发流程及相关的基本知识； 4.具备FMEA开发知识及技能； 5.具备锂电基本知识；熟悉电化学相关知识； 6.具备电芯样件试制跟进、问题处理等技能。
