What You’ll Be Doing: Conduct detailed financial analysis, including valuations, financial modeling, and forecasting to support M&A and capital-raising transactions. Prepare client-facing materials, including pitch decks, information memoranda, and other presentations. Perform market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities. Support transaction execution by coordinating due diligence processes and managing data rooms. Collaborate with senior bankers to develop strategic recommendations for clients.
Interact with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle. Stay up to date on market trends and developments to provide insights and value to client engagements. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related financial services role preferred; recent graduates with strong internships will also be considered. Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for presentations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
