About The JobKey Responsibilities: To achieve agreed sales and performance targets for the area through leadership, management, direction, and coaching of the sales team in the territory. Achieve the company’s sales objectives and market share growth within agreed budgets and timescales – through effective leadership of the sales team. Consolidate reported feedback to plan for a customized action plan in cooperation with the team. Manage the business relationship with different stakeholders towards achieving company objectives. Develop, maintain, and retain a solid business relationship with HCPs in his territory with well-defined development plans for key customers.
Guide and coach the sales team to improve their efficiency through unlocking hidden potentiality. Ensure effective management of the sales team including training and personal development in terms of ongoing training, coaching, and counselling through regular field visits. Provide the HR team with a recommendation for high calibres for hiring field force team. Adhere to Jamjoom Pharma core values and highest compliance standards. QualificationsBSc of Pharmacy or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience at multinational company in the same position. Previous experience in Ophthalmology therapeutic areasResult oriented sales leader. Able to drive results through people.
High emotional intelligence, communication and people oriented. Strong track record of sales achievement. Cairo residence is must.
