We work with utilities, developers, and industrial clients to deliver turnkey storage projects that integrate renewable energy and optimize grid performance.Position SummaryThe Country Manager - Japan will lead our operations, business development, and strategic growth initiatives within the Japanese market. This role is responsible for building the company's presence, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering strong financial and operational results.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with deep knowledge of Japan's energy sector-particularly in renewables, grid management, and energy storage. QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.10+ years of experience in the energy, renewables, or storage industry, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.Proven success in building market presence and achieving business growth in Japan.Strong understanding of energy policy, grid infrastructure, and renewable technologies.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken)Key CompetenciesStrategic and analytical mindsetEntrepreneurial and results-drivenStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to operate effectively in a matrix organizationCulturally aware, adaptable, and collaborative
