This role centers on developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to the Japanese market.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing PlanningDevelop and implement marketing strategies targeted at the Japanese market with a strong understanding of local trends and consumer behavior.Lead customer acquisition campaigns to attract new business and strengthen existing client relationships.Manage and optimize B2B lead generation campaigns to deliver qualified leads.Use data analysis to track KPIs, evaluate campaign success, and report findings.Conduct product research and competitive analysis to refine targeting and performance.2.Client Handling & Project ManagementIndependently oversee client projects in the Japanese market, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with business goals.Maintain regular communication with clients to manage expectations and project progress.Support proposal development, including strategic input and marketing recommendations.3.General SupportEnhance marketing services tailored to the Japanese market to stay aligned with industry trends.Collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior members.Work with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.Support local staff training and professional development.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 2 years’ experience in B2B marketing, especially in lead generation, demand generation, and customer acquisition within tech or digital marketing.Experience working in or with the Japanese market is preferred.Proficiency in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.Excellent communication and client management skills.Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Proficiency in Japanese and English (written and spoken) is required to communicate with clients, stakeholders, and the team.Why Join Us?Work on diverse projects across tech industries in the Japanese market.Join a creative, forward-thinking team open to innovative approaches.Opportunities for learning and professional development.Supportive culture that values contributions and teamwork.
