Java Developer

Location: Jakarta, IndonesiaEmployment Type: Full-TimeBudget: Up to 20 LPA (INR)Relocation: Candidates willing to relocate to Jakarta preferredAbout the RoleWe are hiring an experienced Senior Java Developer who can contribute to high-performance backend systems, write clean and scalable code, and work closely with global teams. The ideal candidate should be strong in Java development, microservices, databases, and modern backend engineering practices.Key Responsibilities • Develop, enhance, and maintain high-quality Java applications and microservices. • Design scalable backend architectures and APIs. • Write clean, optimized, and testable code following best practices. • Troubleshoot production issues and support performance tuning. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product, Architecture). • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. • Work on cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferred). • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and system performance.⸻Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java and Java-based backend development. • Strong understanding of OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and JVM concepts. • Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA. • Expertise in building RESTful services & microservices. • Strong skills in SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.). • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes. • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus. • Ability to work in agile environments, handle complex problems, and deliver high-quality code.Preferred Qualifications • Experience in large-scale distributed systems. • Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.). • Good understanding of unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito). • Exposure to DevOps tools and automation.⸻What We Offer • Competitive compensation up to 20 LPA INR. • Opportunity to work in one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing tech markets. • Full-time role with relocation benefits to Jakarta, Indonesia. • Work with global teams and modern engineering stacks. • Career growth, skill development, and international exposure.
