Java Developer

1-year renewable contractSalary: Up to 7500 SGD (Depending on skills and experience)Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure backend services using Java and Spring Boot.Build and manage microservices that support digital and internet banking applications.Collaborate with product managers, architects, and front-end developers to deliver robust APIs and backend functionality.Ensure application performance, scalability, and security standards are met.Integrate with various banking systems and third-party APIs.Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical documentation.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployment and monitoring.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 4 to 7 years of Java development experienceStrong proficiency in Java Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security).Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and Microservices.Familiarity with internet and digital banking platforms, including online transactions, customer onboarding, authentication, and payments.Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.Understanding of security best practices in banking applications, including OAuth2, JWT, and encryption.Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.KshamaRegistration No. / Unique Entity Number: 199801439DDisclaimer: The company is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your information.
