Job Summary:We are looking for a seasoned Java L3 Production Support Lead with strong expertise in Java and Unix, coupled with hands-on experience in production support environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills and be capable of handling critical incidents and root cause analysis in high-pressure scenarios.Key Responsibilities:Provide L3-level support for Java-based applications in a production environmentPerform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issuesMonitor application performance and ensure system stabilityCollaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement fixes and improvementsHandle on-call support and incident managementMaintain documentation for support processes and issue resolutionsRequired Skills:Java (Core Java, Java 8/11/17) – Strong programming and debugging skillsUnix/Linux – Shell scripting, log analysis, system monitoringProduction Support Experience – L3 support, incident handling, RCATroubleshooting & Debugging – Thread/heap dump analysis, performance tuningMonitoring Tools – Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace (or similar)Ticketing Systems – ServiceNow, JIRADatabase Knowledge – Oracle, SQLCI/CD Exposure – Jenkins, GitPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a prod support environmentFamiliarity with ITIL processesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teamsCI/CD Exposure – Jenkins, GitWhat's on OfferBounteous brings together 5000+ employees spanning North America, APAC, and EMEA, and partnerships with leading technology providers.
