L2 Application Support Engineer – JavaJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced L2 Java Application Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance for Java-based enterprise applications. The role involves incident management, troubleshooting, log analysis, and ensuring high application availability in production environments.Key Responsibilities:Provide L2 support for Java/J2EE applications.Analyze issues using logs, SQL queries, and monitoring tools (Splunk/AppDynamics).Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with L3/development teams.Support deployments and production releases.Monitor batch jobs (Control-M/Autosys) and resolve failures.Manage tickets via ServiceNow or JIRA, ensuring SLA compliance.Prepare and maintain documentation (SOPs, RCA, FAQs).Required Skills:Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate, SQL/PL-SQLLinux/Unix, Shell scripting, Tomcat/WebLogicSplunk, AppDynamics, Jenkins, GitStrong problem-solving and communication skills
