Manager, High Net Worth Client Management

Job PurposeKey purpose of Incumbent is to provide case management of High Net Worth (HNW) cases for all channels (Agency, Financial Advisers, Bancassurance, Brokers), including the fulfilment process for Agency financing submissions. You will participate and assist the Lead in projects related to process improvements as and when required. The incumbent will report to the Lead of Case Management.The JobResponsible for Case Management across various distribution channelsPrelim Submissions: Co-ordinate prelim enquiry submission and ensure fast turnaround for requirements gatheringFormal Submissions: Co-ordinate submission of formal applications, ensuring completeness of submission documentation & receipt of the hardcopy proposal packProvide timely updates re Letter of Conditional Acceptance (LCA) and Standard Letter of Query (SLQ)Handle queries related to submitted preliminary and formal casesProvide regular & timely pending cases update to the distribution platform (BDMs and Distribution Reps)Any other tasks and duties assigned by the Team Lead or Head of DepartmentFacilitate premium financing applications as part of case managementTrack and maintain agreed Turnaround times for all HNW submissions and financing applicationsPreparation of regular reports on financing submissions and Cash Surrender Values (CSVs) for all financing partnersSupport department Business Continuity Management activities and meet Compliance requirements for business continuity planningCoordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders on Audit/ Compliance ReportingUpdate, maintain and organize HNW Client Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Participate in processes review with internal department and external distributors / partners and find resolutions to improve the current processes.Develop people management skills as part of career developmentTake accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.Our RequirementsAt least 2-4 years of relevant working experience in the insurance sectorMiddle Office or HNW operations experience is preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint & Word)Self-motivated, committed and possess initiative and drive in the jobMeticulous and able to work independentlyGood team player with strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work with multiple channelsProblem solving skills and business acumenHigh level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.About Great EasternFounded in 1908, Great Eastern is a well-established market leader and trusted brand in Singapore and Malaysia.
