The Valle Michelin Star Food Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest. Server Assistants will also have the following job responsibilities: Assist the Server in service to assigned tables. Bus tables and clean work areas as needed. Anticipate guest needs and understand when the next course should be presented to the guest. Run food from kitchen to table as required. Roll silverware & polish glasses as needed. Prepare non-alcoholic beverages as requested. This list is not all-encompassing and that daily work tasks may and can be altered to meet business needs.

Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight for an extended period of time. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Works well under pressure. Ability to meet high performance expectations of a Michelin star restaurant. Must be have open availability Tuesday-Saturday.
