Behind every safe ride is someone guarding against fraud, that could be you. As our Fraud & Risk Analyst, you'll dig into data trails, spot patterns others miss, and stop red flags before they turn costly. One day you're busting a complex fraud scheme, the next you're fine-tuning our defences to outsmart fraudsters. Working with passionate teammates across product, tech, ops, and compliance, you'll move fast, learn constantly, and help shape the future of safe, seamless experiences for our drivers and customers. Job Responsibilities:

Be our ultimate fraud buster, query large datasets using SQL to uncover patterns, anomalies, and trends that signal potential fraudAutomate fraud detection using SQL scripts and triggers to flag suspicious activities through real-time analyticsUse SQL, Python, and BI tools (think dashboards, alerts, visualizations) to analyze fraud trends and present insights. Inform cross-functional team, Product, Data, Ops on risks and help design risk mitigation strategies. Shape fraud prevention by helping refine policy, automation, and first-line defence mechanisms.

Stay ahead of fraud, scan industry trends, weave in new techniques, and help us get creative about fighting financial crimeRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field1-2+ years of experience in fraud detection/prevention, risk analysis, or a related fieldProficiency in SQL and Python, with experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or similar. Bonus points if you've worked in payments, fraud investigations, transaction analytics, or regulatory complianceExcellent communicator, able to convert technical insights into clear takeaways for teammates and leadership.
