Expected start date: ImmediatelyWork hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (negotiable for part-time with a minimum of 20 hours per week)Location: Denpasar Selatan (on-site)We're looking for a jewelry designer who dreams in gemstones and thinks in CAD. Who can take a spark of an idea and turn it into meaningful, ethical jewelry. A design that feels like us, that tells a story, that someone will wear for decades.You'll design new collections and custom jewelry, work directly with clients, and collaborate with our production team to make sure every design translates beautifully from sketch to finished jewelry.This role blends creativity with precision. You'll sketch, design, test, troubleshoot and guide production. You'll also talk directly with clients about gemstones, metals and design choices, helping them bring their dream jewelry to life.We're not looking for someone who just waits for direction. You'll thrive here if you see what needs doing and do it, then tell the team what you've done. You ask smart questions, you're curious, and you take ownership.What you'll be doing:Jewelry DesignCreate original designs that reflect Gardens of the Sun's brand and aestheticContribute to 2 to 4 new collections each yearDesign limited collections for our VIP and Insider salesJoin annual team design sessions to co-create with our makers and team membersPrepare mockups and technical design sheets for productionCustom DesignMeet with clients to design one-of-a-kind jewelryOffer creative and technical advice about gemstones, metals and stylesLive-sketch custom designs during consultationsProduction & Technical CollaborationWork closely with our Production team in Bali and YogyakartaAdjust designs as needed to ensure technical feasibilityConduct quality checks to maintain design and craftsmanship standardsResearch and connect with new manufacturing and repair partners in BaliKnowledge SharingOffer technical advice to our team members about design and productionHelp create educational content for our internal training and marketingRequirements:NOW LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUYou have a degree in jewelry design or a related field.You understand the technical side of jewelry: settings, proportions, materials and feasibility.You're comfortable with responsibility and are able to handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time.You're motivated by tight deadlines, swift turnarounds, but also understand the importance of careful planning.You're a self-starter, ready to take on any task and see it through to completion.You're ambitious and proactive. The kind of person who takes initiative and communicates updates before being asked.You work well independently, but enjoy collaboration.You can balance creative flow with practical execution.You notice details.
