Customer Success Manager\ Remote | Full-Time | IsraelWe’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our sales efforts and help us transform the way hardware companies build their supply chains. You’ll be responsible for owning the ongoing relationship with customers after the initial sale - ensuring they’re successful, satisfied, and supported in every interaction with Jiga. This role sits between sales and operations: you'll be a partner to our customers, ensuring their sourcing runs smoothly while collaborating closely with Account Executives to grow accounts.

What You’ll DoServe as the main point of contact for active customers post-saleOwn onboarding, education, and day-to-day success of customer accountsGuide customers through the sourcing and ordering process, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveriesCoordinate internally with supply chain, operations, and sales to meet customer needsSupport the Account Executives in growing customer accounts by identifying upsell and expansion opportunitiesBuild strong, trust-based relationships with engineers, buyers, and operations teamsHelp optimize processes to make the customer experience better and more scalableYou’re a fit if youHave 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales support, ideally in manufacturing, supply chain, or B2B software servicesHave technical fluency in custom manufacturing:
CNC machining, injection molding, 3D Printing, DFM, materials, etc. Are highly service-oriented and take pride in going the extra mile for customersAre an excellent communicator, both written and verbalAre highly organized and can manage many tasks and requests simultaneouslyAre proactive and solution-oriented :
