We partner with global businesses and investors, providing high-quality financial and operational support services.We are expanding our outsourced bookkeeping team to serve US-based accounting firms and are seeking motivated, detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks / Bookkeepers to join us. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience who are eager to specialize in US GAAP standards and gain exposure to international clients.Position OverviewThe Data Entry Clerk / Bookkeeper will support our US clients by handling day-to-day bookkeeping, data entry, and reconciliations. You will work under supervision from senior accountants, with structured training, detailed SOPs, and advanced AI tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Bookkeeping & Data EntryEnter and classify financial transactions accurately in accounting systems.Record and post journal entries (general journal, accruals, adjustments).Maintain accurate ledgers for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Bank & Account ReconciliationPerform monthly bank reconciliations.Reconcile credit card accounts, loan accounts, and other balance sheet items.Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.Accounts Payable (AP)Process vendor bills, ensure correct coding, and schedule payments.Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.Maintain vendor records and prepare AP reports.Accounts Receivable (AR)Prepare and send customer invoices.Record payments received, apply correctly, and follow up on outstanding balances.Support AR aging analysis and reporting.Financial Reporting SupportAssist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.Support preparation of trial balances and adjusting journal entries.Prepare management reports as requested by US accounting partners.Compliance & DocumentationMaintain proper documentation of accounting transactions.Ensure compliance with US GAAP and client-specific policies.Support external audits and provide necessary documentation.US Bookkeeping-Specific TasksManage QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar US accounting platforms.Support 1099 vendor tracking and year-end reporting.Reconcile sales tax and payroll tax filings prepared by senior accountants.Assist with cash flow tracking and forecasting for US clients.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (outsourcing experience is a plus).Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, etc.).Strong Excel and data entry skills with high attention to detail.Basic knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP exposure is an advantage).Good English communication skills (written and verbal).BenefitsAt Dias Advisors, we invest in the growth of our people.
